  • Intro to Perimenopause and Physical Symptoms: Perimenopause, usually beginning in your 40s, brings hormonal shifts that can cause hot flashes, fatigue, mood swings, sleep issues, and cycle changes. Understanding these symptoms helps you manage them more effectively.
